Payment Terms

We require payment on completion of your appointment unless a prior arrangement is made. We accept cash or Cash App only. We may accept direct debit, Visa or MasterCard or American Express other credit cards but with with minimum credit card processing fees, using Square-up or PayPal. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.


If you are not satisfied within a two-week period of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair free of charge.

Booking Policy

Meeting your booking request and needs is our top priority. Please book your appointment at least 72 hours in advance. For your convenience, we recommend you make your next appointment at the end of your service to secure your ideal appointment time. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Late Policy

If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may decline your appointment. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.


We accept email enquiries about our services. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your enquiry.


First time customers save $5 on services over the value of $100.
